In addition to using the department’s Environmental GIS Lab
(EGIS), graduate students enrolled in the program are granted access to the
Advanced Geospatial Analysis Lab. Much of the software is unique and not available elsewhere on campus.
 The lab currently consists of a Dell PowerEdge 2600 server that serves all Geography offices and the Graduate Geospatial Analysis Lab computers; flatbed scanner;
and 12 double-monitor Dell Precision 690 PCs; that are networked to an HP LaserJet 4200n and an HP DesignJet large format printer.
